Our Recruitment Process
After participating in the task-based interview, the interview process continues with the following steps:
Feedback from Task-Based Interview: Once you have completed the task-based interview, our team will evaluate your performance and the outcomes of the task. This evaluation aims to comprehensively assess your abilities and suitability for the role based on the criteria established for the position.
Final Interview with the Principal Director: If you successfully progress beyond the task-based interview, the next phase involves a final interview with the Principal Director. This interview will provide you with an opportunity to engage in a more in-depth conversation and share your insights and perspectives. The Principal Director will also elaborate on the company's vision and expectations.
During this final interview, any outstanding questions you may have can be addressed, ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of the role and its alignment with your aspirations.
