During the meeting, the architect and client will review the planning authority's feedback and discuss any necessary changes to the design proposal.
The architect may provide advice on the feasibility of different options and may suggest revisions to the proposal based on their professional expertise.
By booking this meeting, the client acknowledges that the scope of services is outside of the approved quotation and agrees to pay for the meeting, and travel and mileage disbursements.
