Tender Submission & Selection Process


Within your Contractor's Tender Submission, our project designer will work in collaboration with the instructing client where we will evaluate the tender submissions received from the contractors.

We will assess the bids based on various criteria such as price, qualifications, experience, and compliance with the project requirements.

Based on the evaluation of the tender submissions, we will provide recommendations or advice to the client regarding the selection of the preferred contractor(s).

This includes considering factors such as the contractor's competence, financial stability, track record, and the contractor's ability to deliver the project successfully.

Upon Submission of the Tender Submission, we will conclude the meeting by undertaking a Selection Process where we will assist the client in negotiating the contract terms and conditions with the selected contractor(s).

This involves ensuring that the agreed-upon:

  1. Proposed Scope of Works.

  2. Project Pricing.

  3. Project Timelines.

  4. & other relevant details are properly documented within the contract.
