The overall outcome of the meeting is to present the client with the structural engineer's quotation.

If the client is satisfied and wishes to proceed with the client-appointed structural engineer, we will proceed with awarding a contract to the selected engineer.

This contract will formalise the agreement between the client and the structural engineer, establishing the scope of work, responsibilities, and terms of engagement for the project.

Upon Submission of the Tender Submission, we will conclude the meeting by undertaking the award where we will assist the client in negotiating the contract terms and conditions with the selected structural engineers.

This involves ensuring that the agreed-upon:

1. Proposed Scope of Works.

2. Project Pricing.

3. Project Timelines.

4. & other relevant details are properly documented within the contract.
