Should you find our quotation and our professional services, you can sign our Project Acceptance.
This is where you have outlined that you would like Architecture North to submit and contract manage your Regularisation Application for the scope of works that have been carried out without building regulations approval being sought.
Without your application being signed off by building control, your project will not receive a practical completion certificate, and the owner may be prosecuted.
The purpose of the process is to regularise the unauthorised works and obtain a certificate of regularisation.
Please Note: Depending on the circumstances, exposure, removal, and/or rectification of works may be necessary to establish compliance with the building regulations.
Payment in full is required to be paid to accept us to undertake your project requirements.
Please complete the form overleaf to accept your Project Acceptance, which you understand will raise the relevant invoice for your scope of services, under our agreed quotation.
Throughout your project, you have been in full control of your drawings, and we have delivered your project as per your instructions and project requirements.
You have signed off your drawings throughout the work stages to identify that you are satisfied with the drawings, and we are not liable for your building control officers' concerns in any aspect related to your application.
Your account will be secured by a unique password for your protection.
To appoint and sign off your drawings, simply enter the first initial of your first name, the first initial of your surname (both in uppercase), immediately followed by the day, month, then year of your birth.
For example, if your name is John Smith and you were born on the 1st of December in 1970, your password will be JS01121970.
