Contracturual Undertaking

RIBA Work Stage 4.

Technical Design | Client Approval

Architecture North takes great pride in delivering exceptional design solutions to our clients.

Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated through our rigorous design process, which involves several stages of review and approval.

At RIBA Work Stage 4 of the design process, we present our clients with technical design drawings that have been carefully crafted to meet their specific project requirements.

We understand that design is a collaborative effort, and we work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is accurately reflected in our drawings.

To ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with our work, we require them to complete a client sign-off form.

This form confirms that our clients have reviewed and approved the technical design drawings and are ready to proceed to the next phase of the project.

Upon delivery of your drawings issued to you, the drawings have an auto-approve date of three weeks, which is sufficient time to undertake client sign-off.

Once our clients have completed the client sign-off form and submitted payment for all scope of services, we release the approved technical design drawings to their project correspondence address.

Our clients can be confident that their project is in good hands and that they will receive exceptional design solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

All scope of services are strictly non-refundable.

If you don’t feel comfortable completing our online form, or if you are having any problems with our forms you can contact us.
