Request for Information:
Should you request any information related to your original scope of work with Architecture North Ltd, a fee will apply.
This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your request and formalising the release of these materials.
By completing and submitting the attached form, you agree to this fee.
The following terms will apply:
Release of Liability and Copyright:
Upon your request for project-specific documentation, we will issue a formal letter confirming that you have paid for the release of liability and the transfer of copyright for all requested materials.
This payment grants you the right to modify and use the information for your project without further involvement or liability on the part of Architecture North Ltd.Use of Project Documentation and Design Rights:
The transfer of copyright entitles you to utilise and adapt the provided documentation, including drawings, designs, and other project-related materials.
However, it is important to note that Architecture North Ltd will always retain recognition as the original designer of the project.
Any subsequent work that closely resembles our original design must credit Architecture North Ltd accordingly.Ongoing Attribution:
Regardless of any modifications made or the engagement of new designers, Architecture North Ltd must always be credited as the original creator for any work that retains significant elements of our initial design.
Limitations of Responsibility:
After releasing the information Architecture North Ltd will no longer be involved in that aspect of your project therefore, we must clarify that we cannot assume any responsibility for aspects of the project that we have not managed or overseen. This includes any modifications, use, or application of the documentation as outlined above comissioned for your project. These material(s) were specifically tailored to the original scope of work, and using them in a new context may lead to inaccuracies for which Architecture North Ltd cannot be held liable.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Architecture North Ltd retains full ownership and all intellectual property rights for all of the documents and materials created for your project, and we must be credited as the original authors of this work.
Future Project Work:
Should you choose to continue your project with another architect or consultant, professionally they should commission new documentations to ensure they are appropriately tailored and legally compliant with copyright law.
Non-Refundable Services:
Please be aware that all services rendered under the terminated contract are non-refundable.
Contractural Terms:
You remain liable for the agreed contractual scope of services.
The administrative charge for processing your Request for Information is essential to maintaining the integrity and professionalism of our services.
It ensures that any risks associated with the reuse of project-specific documents are clearly communicated and managed appropriately.
