Existing
and Proposed Materials.

Developed Design | Client Approval

For your application, we will have developed your drawings as per your requests throughout the duration of RIBA Work Stage 2 Concept Design, through to Work Stage 3 Developed Design.

Should you receive Planning Permission from the Local Authority, at RIBA Work Stage 4 we will fully develop your material palette.

We, therefore, require a material consideration for your planning application so that we can annotate this onto your developed drawings for submission to the Local Authority.

For your application can you please provide us with a description of your Existing and Proposed Materials and Finishes to be used externally on your application, including the type, colour, and the name of each material.

If you are finding it difficult to develop your proposed set of drawings please take the time to read the email, and look through the links and the helpful information outlined below, where this will enable you to create an initial likes and dislikes board of your proposed materials.

After confirming your materials with us, or if you have a number of choices that you would like to see in person prior to your submission to us, you can request a material meeting where we can show you the chosen materials that you have requested for your project, or a range of material choices where within that meeting where you can confirm your chosen material choices. Please follow this link where you can book a meeting with us.
