This online form outlines that you are approving your Technical Design of your project.
Technical Design is the final process of the RIBA Work Stages in line with preparation for Submission to Building Control for Approval.
Within this online form, and depending on your engagement with us, you can complete this form to indicate if you would like your drawings to be submitted to the Local Authority for Building Control for a Full Plans Approval, or if you would like to deliver your project under a Builders Notice.
