The RIBA Work Stage 4: Technical Design Meeting to review and discuss the specific details and components of a project's design.

Your project architect will undertake your technical design meeting, where we will develop detailed design proposals, including technical specifications, materials, and construction methods, ensuring that the design is technically feasible, and meets all relevant regulations and standards.

Meeting 03 -Interior Design & Plumbing Layouts:

  1. Discuss Interior Design Services offered by Architecture North Ltd.

  2. Existing and Proposed Plumbing Layouts.

  3. Proposed Full Drawing Issue Packages for the Proposed Kitchen, Utility, Laundry, and Boot Room, including Floor Plans, Elevations, & Sections - To be Received.

  4. Proposed Full Drawing Issue Packages for the Proposed Bathroom(s), Ensuite(s), and W/C Design Drawing Issue Package, Layouts, Elevations, and Sections - To be Received.

  5. Client to Tender & Appoint the Relevant Drainage Specialist for their Project - If Applicable.

  6. Existing & Proposed Heating Types.

  7. Existing & Proposed Heating Layouts.
