Online Interview.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your information to Architecture North Ltd. After careful consideration, we are pleased to inform you that you have successfully passed the selective shortlisting process.

As a result, we would like to invite you to the next stage of the interview process.

Our interview process is divided into four steps, outlined below:

  1. Online Interview with the Project Team and the Principal Director.

  • This initial interview will provide an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about our company. It will be an informal discussion where we will ask questions about your professional experiences and engage in a two-way exchange of ideas.

  • Please note that your online interview will be recorded and your responses will be documented to ensure accurate capturing of information. This will enable us to evaluate your suitability for the role based on our criteria. The first interview is expected to last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

2. Task-Based Interview

  • If you are successful in the first interview, the second stage will involve a task-based interview. This will be divided into two stages.

4. Final Interview with the Principal Director

  • The fourth stage of the interview process will be an in-person interview with the Principal Director.
