Further to our previous correspondence, we are contacting you in regard to the late payment invoices.

As per the terms outlined in our contractual agreement, we will begin applying interest charges today on the overdue amount in accordance with the terms of our contract.

• If you only pay the original invoice amount, the £100.00 default charge is still outstanding, you will receive interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at the rate of 8% a year over the base rate of the Bank of England for the time being the day the default charge payment is still outstanding.

• If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to our credit terms.

• If you do not make payment our company policy does not allow us to undertake, release or withhold/withdraw any information until payment in full has been received.

• Failing to make a payment will mean that you have broken the terms of the agreement and could result in us taking legal action against you.

• It could lead to you paying additional costs, interest and court fees that we may incur and action may commence without further notice to you.

To avoid further accrual of interest charges, we kindly request that you make payment for the outstanding invoice as soon as possible.

Your prompt attention to this matter will prevent any additional financial implications.
