Planning Permission | Extension of Time

This form must be completed by the instructing client and submitted to Architecture North to confirm your appointment of Project Assessment and Project Statements.

Your planning application will have been submitted as per your instruction. However, your planning case officer has requested additional information which can be found in your email that has been sent over to you.

Within our approved quotation, we do not include the following assessments and statements within your planning submission:

• Flood Risk Assessments.

• Design and Access Statements.

• Supporting Statements.

• Planning Statements.

• Heritage Statements.

• Any Third Party Information.

Your application cannot be undertaken with your case officer until the additional information has been supplied. 

You do not have to appoint Architecture North Ltd for these scope of services, you can either undertake the scope of services yourself, or appoint a specialist to undertake this scope of services, but please note there will be further delays on your application with the exchange of information, and Architecture North will still be the agent dealing with your application, therefore, should there be any concerns within the assessments and statements, they would need to be addressed directly to your third party appointment, for them to address separately.

Strictly no refunds should you appoint Architecture North Ltd.

We will commence on your project assessments and project statements, once payment has been received.
