COVID-19 Architecture North Continued Service of Delivery
To our valued clients and partners,
We have been closely monitoring the evolving and complex challenges created by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following the recent events and the announcement by the Prime Minister on the 16th March 2020 of additional measures, we wanted to update you on our current status, and approach.
Our top priority is the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our team, clients and industry colleagues, to ensure that we continue to provide you our excellent service, whilst working safely. We are closely following guidance from the Department of Health and Social Care and Public Health England.
We have therefore, taken the decision to alter out working patter and restrict any unnecessary travel, to safeguard you but also our team. All of our staff will be working remotely and we are providing additional measures to help prevent further spread of the Coronavirus and reduce risk within our business.
We have implemented measures to ensure that our business services will not be compromised during this uncertain time. We remain fully operational. and our team will continue to provide you with the same quality of service and support, meaning that is is business as usual. Your projects are extremely important to us and we will be able to continue work productively with our robust technology platform and other collaborative tools, which supports remote working and allows us to carry on with “business as usual”.
Our teams will be able to join all business and project meetings via phone / video conferencing and will remain ready to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have.
In the weeks ahead, we will continue to monitor COVID-19, we will keep you notified of any updates and how we are maintaining business continuity and service levels. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all navigate this unprecedented situation.
These are unprecedented times but we remain dedicated to working with you in order to overcome the challenges ahead.
Our thoughts are with those who have been affected by the COVID-19 virus and we hope you and your families remain safe, and healthy.
Many thanks,
Lewis North
