Season’s Greetings

This year has been a difficult and challenging year, but from all of us at Architecture North, we would like to wish you a wonderful Christmas, and all the best in the New Year!

This year we had planned a fabulous winter wonderland outside in our courtyards, with all the AN team members, inviting all of our clients, planning officers, specifiers, contractors and friends, and family, but unfortunately, with the government's Plan B and several members of the AN Team testing positive for Covid-19, we unfortunately have had to cancel this amazing planned party.

In 2021, for me personally, I would like to recap the year as being incredibly hard for many people, a year of transitions, with us all having to adapt to a "new normal," with this being different for every single person.

2021 we had to lose our space, we've lost the hugs with friends and people that we love, and all of the things that we took for granted.

It was a year full of monumental events, with global repercussions, including the extreme weather events, the ongoing effects of the pandemic, and America's withdrawal from Afghanistan. Every time we looked at the news, we were reminded how significant something happening around us could affect you at home. Even a container ship stuck in the Suez Canal somehow stopped the world!

At this time of year, I always like to reflect on where we are, and where we all want to be and, I think for me, it has never been clearer that tackling problems always require people to work together.

Have a lovely Christmas this year, from everyone here at Architecture North, we would like to wish you a personal wonderful Christmas.

This year has been so difficult and overwhelming for so many people, so I do hope that you get to take a much-needed Christmas break this year, and let's hope what comes next in 2022 will be absolutely marvellous.
(I know, I am certainly hoping/praying that 2022 is going to be an amazing year!)

Please stay safe, and from everyone,
at Architecture North we love you all,
