6. Appointment Booking Conditions
6.1. Should you choose to appoint Architecture North Ltd for your project, you will be required to schedule a first project appointment. This appointment will be charged at £110.00, in addition to any necessary travel and mileage expenses incurred. Strictly no refunds will be given for any payments made for appointments or expenses incurred.
6.2. All appointment bookings must be made in advance, and are subject to availability.
6.3. A fee of £110.00 will be charged for each appointment, in addition to any necessary travel and mileage expenses incurred.
6.4. Payment for the appointment must be received in full before the scheduled appointment date.
6.5. If payment is not received by the scheduled appointment date, we reserve the right to terminate the scope of services and discontinue the work.
6.6. Any changes or cancellations to the scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a cancellation fee may apply.
6.7. In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, the full appointment fee will be charged.  Strictly no refunds.
6.8. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and it is the responsibility of the client to review them before making a booking.
6.9. By making a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

6.11. These appointment terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the above terms and conditions and understand that failure to pay for the appointment will result in the termination of your scope of services.

What You can Bring to your Architectural Meeting

If you can, please bring a copy of your title deeds of the property, don't worry if you can't.

If you can, please supply details of your existing floor plans, existing property drawings, such as extensions, or estate agent details of your property.

Write down what you are trying to achieve with your project. 

Please email or show us any photos of your aspirations, sketches that you might have made, interiors you like, internal and external materials/finishes that you may like, and any styles that you are trying to achieve with your project, these can be both digitally emailed to us or printed off, we don't mind either.

What to Expect from Us

Our team will discuss your building project, our project initiation, and your lifestyle, or the lifestyle that you are wanting your project to encompass. This enables us to understand what you are looking for.

Throughout the process, we'll be taking notes, for us to understand your project and aspirations.

We will occasionally sketch diagrams to discuss with you the potential of your project proposal.

We will discuss the RIBA Professional Services Contract which we undertake for all our clients. Which covers Project Brief, Fees, Disbursements, Insurances, Dispute Resolution, and Notice of Cancellation.

Whilst our team has experience of projects, if there is something which you are not comfortable with, don't be afraid to say so. As is it important that we clearly understand what you want at this early stage.

Most importantly, this is your project, and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with the end result.
